Your child will learn to understand new words and concepts through their experiences with people, objects and activities. When you use one or two words to narrate the experience, you help them focus on the most important detail.
Today’s activity: Help your child learn characteristics of objects or activities you’re both paying attention to. Use a single word that describes it (fast, hot, big, soft).
